Symposium venue

The third edition of the Trans Mucus Network symposium will take place at the Department of Biology of the Université Paris Cité, located on the Grands Moulins campus.

The venue is located, 15 minutes from Paris Gare de Lyon and 20 minutes from Orly Airport by public transportation, ensuring easy access for participants.

How to Reach the Conference Venue by Public Transport

To reach the conference venue by public transport, please travel to Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand station, located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, near the Bibliothèque nationale de France.

The station is situated at 110 Avenue de France, easily identifiable by the Duo Towers at the end of the avenue.

Transport Options

          1. RER (Réseau Express Régional) Line C
          Take the RER C and get off at Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand station.
          2. Metro Line 14
          Take Metro Line 14 (automatic, driverless line) and get off at Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand station.
          3. Bus
          Bus lines 25, 62, 64, 71, 89, 132, and 325 stop at Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand.

From the Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand station to the Buffon Building

Once on Avenue de France, the conference venue is within walking distance. Turn onto Rue Hélène Brion, which slopes gently down toward the Seine. After approximately 300 metres, you will reach the Buffon Building (13 Rue Hélène Brion, 75013 Paris), where the symposium will take place.

If you are travelling from outside central Paris, please ensure that your train or metro ticket covers Zone 1. If you are travelling between Orly Airport and central Paris, please note that a specific airport fare applies.
